Job summary

Phantom Staffing is seeking a customer-focused Sales Engineer to develop and grow business by selling custom industrial manufacturing equipment and engineered solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams on project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Sales Engineer or technical industrial sales experience.
• Experience selling industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, engineered systems, or capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of metal forming, roll forming, tube mill, or industrial manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Prepare quotations and technical sales proposals in collaboration with engineering and internal sales teams.
• Review customer requirements and contracts to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and recommend customized equipment solutions.
• Visit customer facilities to strengthen relationships and identify future business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while effectively managing your assigned territory.
• Support customers after the sale by working with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
