Job summary

BM-Tech Group Inc. provides onsite support for complex industrial installation and commissioning projects across North America. We are seeking motivated professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working on customer sites, and contributing to successful project execution.

The role involves installing, assembling and commissioning equipment, optimizing performance, and collaborating with clients. Travel up to 98% is required, and English proficiency is essential with German preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in large plant, manufacturing, or process industries (required).
• Proficiency in English (required) and German preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments (up to 98%).

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble and commission industrial equipment on site.
• Optimize performance through readiness, troubleshooting and testing.
• Collaborate with clients and build strong relationships.
• Track progress with detailed site reports and milestones.
• Work with international project teams for efficient execution.
• Analyze issues and coordinate with engineering for swift resolutions.
• Facilitate smooth handover of machinery to clients with proper documentation.
• Manage change and claim processes with clients and suppliers.
