Qualifications

• Field service, automation, or large plant experience required.
• English language skills required; German or additional languages preferred.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale plant systems and MS Project.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 98%.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install & Commission: Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and machinery on‑site.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure peak system functionality through testing, calibration, and process improvements.
• Client Support: Serve as a technical point of contact, providing on‑site support and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor & Report: Track project progress, document service activities, and provide detailed reports on installations and maintenance.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with in‑house and international technicians to ensure efficient execution and compliance with standards.
• Diagnose & Resolve: Identify and troubleshoot electrical and automation issues, collaborating with engineering teams for solutions.
• System Handover: Conduct final testing, training, and documentation to ensure a seamless client handover.
• Adapt & Improve: Implement modifications, manage technical changes, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s (preferred) degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience: Experience in field service, automation, or large plant/process industries (required); extensive experience preferred.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English (required); German or additional languages (preferred).
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of large‑scale plant systems, MS‑Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Problem‑solving & teamwork: Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and experience collaborating in diverse, multicultural teams.
• Global mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally, including extended on‑site assignments (up to 98%).

Compensation: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
