Job summary

BM-Tech Group Inc. seeks a field service engineer to install, commission, and troubleshoot electrical systems at client plants. Lead installation, calibrate performance, and coordinate with international technicians to ensure compliant, high-quality results.

Required: engineering degree (Bachelor/Master), field service or automation experience, strong English, and willingness to travel up to 98%. Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s in Engineering or a related field.
Field service, automation, or large plant experience required.
English language skills required; German or additional languages preferred.
Strong knowledge of large-scale plant systems and MS Project.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to travel internationally up to 98%.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Optimize system performance through testing and calibration.
Provide on-site client support and maintain relationships.
Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate with in-house and international technicians.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues with engineering teams.
Conduct final testing, training, and handover documentation.
Implement modifications and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
