United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) offers the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four-month training path for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. The program blends classroom learning with hands-on work in UPS Operations, plus self-paced training and mentorship.

Graduates may transition to an IE Supervisor role to lead teams, drive improvements, and support operational excellence. The program aims to develop leaders who can plan and execute large projects, train others, and drive results

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Logistics
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units
