United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking participants for the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four-month training track in Industrial Engineering within UPS Operations. The program blends classroom learning with hands-on projects and mentorship, preparing participants to lead IE teams and drive continuous improvements.

Upon completion, graduates may transition into an IE Supervisor role, applying training to optimize processes and support operational excellence across UPS facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in one of the preferred engineering majors listed.
• Must have a valid Driver's License by start date.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
