Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred majors listed)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across business units and work independently

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
