You'll gain hands-on experience, classroom learning, mentorship, and real-world projects within UPS Operations. Upon completion, you may advance to an IE Supervisor role, leading teams, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering majors.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact across business units.
