UPS is offering the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four-month training track for qualified Industrial Engineers. The program blends classroom learning with hands-on, real-world applications at UPS Operations, plus self-paced training and mentorship to build a robust professional network.

Upon completion, graduates transition into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor role to lead teams, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Valid Driver's License by start date.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
