United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking highly qualified Industrial Engineering candidates for the Engineering Development Program (EDP).

This four-month training program combines hands-on project work with classroom learning, mentorship, and self-paced training in UPS Operations. Upon completion, participants may transition into an IE Supervisor role to lead teams, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence across UPS facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Logistics
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate across business units.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports project and program management.

• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
