UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is offering the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four‑month training track for highly qualified Industrial Engineers.

It combines hands-on projects with classroom learning, mentorship, and self-paced training, preparing you to lead large implementations and training initiatives. Upon completion, you may transition into an IE Supervisor role, applying your training to lead teams, drive improvements, and support operational excellence within UPS Operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Logistics.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
