Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 0–5 years of professional engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for Industrial Engineering evaluation of new products.
• Verify work packages reflect how the work is done with operations.
• Develop product structure to feed planning information for quality work packages.
• Document, evaluate, and improve operations sequences.
• Use available tools to estimate cost, schedule, and manpower; make recommendations.
• Capture issues/lessons learned and prevent recurrence.
• Support future state initiatives and development of road maps.
• Maneuver the shop floor to support operations during construction.
