Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations, design production lines, and drive data-driven improvements in quality, speed, and asset utilization. The role collaborates across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to meet demanding deployment timelines.

The candidate will own line health metrics, develop tools to communicate product health, and address bottlenecks to ensure on-time builds and adherence to stringent standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements.
• Available to start full time in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production line health and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain tools/reports communicating manufacturing health across teams.
• Design new production lines and workstation layouts using data-driven methods.
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints; coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve them.
• Provide inputs to Engineering (cut-in dates), Supply Chain (buy signals), and Growth (supply overview).
