The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 6+ years of experience, proficiency with RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems, and strong change management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years of work experience in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Continuous Improvement and PMO skills required.
• Proficiency with RF Scanning and Warehouse Management Systems required.
• Experience providing engineering support to multiple sites and strong analytical skills.
• Exposure to leading multisite engineering projects with change management ability.

Responsibilities

• Leverage dashboards to monitor site level labor, inventory, and service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Validate and maintain time-studied standards.
• Calculate and implement performance incentives.
• Ensure Work Force Management on-site accuracy and usage.
• Coach and train operations teams in labor management and inventory control.
• Evaluate material handling equipment as needed.
• Drive productivity, cost, and process improvements for customer service.
• Create scheduling tools reflecting site work content.
• Build SOP library and reporting tools; lead continuous improvement projects.
• Support Americold Operating System’s labor and inventory improvements.
• Create pricing models using engineered standards.
• Conduct site audits and benchmark inventory control excellence.
