Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in developing engineered labor standards.
• CI methodologies knowledge and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
• Root-cause problem solving to meet targets.
• Strong business planning, analytics and financial analysis.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities.
• Drive labor productivity and inventory control improvements.
• Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards.
• Calculate and implement performance incentives.
• Train operations teams on labor management and related systems.
• Evaluate process improvements and equipment needs.
• Develop project scopes, specs, and estimates.
• Conduct audits and site analyses to establish benchmarks.
