Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide engineering and project support across facilities in Georgia, driving labor standards, inventory control, and continuous improvements. You will leverage dashboards to monitor labor, inventory, and service performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions at all sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required.
3+ years of work experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience developing engineered labor standards.
Continuous improvement experience and CI methodologies knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
Strong business planning, analytics, and financial analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities and improve labor productivity and inventory control.
Leverage dashboards to monitor site performance and drive corrective actions.
Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards and incentives.
Ensure change management to sustain projects and train operations teams.
Create scheduling tools and conduct audits to benchmark inventory control.
