Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead strategic engineering initiatives across a multi-site logistics network. You will combine hands-on engineering expertise, customer engagement, and project leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and standardization.

You will lead a team of engineers across sites and customers, acting as a people leader while managing key initiatives and supporting your team’s success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership of engineering teams and large-scale initiatives.
• 3+ years in operations, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments with multi-site leadership.
• Proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives delivering safety, cost, performance, or service improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Access.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and report non-compliance.
• Own identification and execution of major continuous improvement and automation initiatives with ROI analyses.
• Lead and develop a team of Industrial Engineers and engineering leaders.
• Partner with customers and facilities to document best practices for layout, process flow, and productivity.
• Support solutioning and bid activities by shaping engineering concepts and presenting recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT, automation providers, and operations to govern systems integration and validation.
• Establish engineering governance, KPIs, and reporting to drive executive decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop long-range engineering roadmaps for network expansion.
