Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support multiple facilities with engineered labor standards and continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop time-studied standards, implement performance incentives, and drive labor productivity across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in IE or related fields, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize warehousing processes and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field such as Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of work experience in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in developing engineered labor standards.
• Continuous improvement experience and knowledge of CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities; drive labor productivity and inventory control improvements.
• Leverage dashboards to monitor site-level labor, inventory, and service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards; calculate and implement performance incentives.
• Own 5 Habits and labor management system performance improvements; conduct audits and site analyses for benchmarks.
