Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience in developing engineered labor standards.
• Continuous improvement knowledge and CI methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of distribution center/logistics concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project support to Americold facilities to improve labor productivity and inventory control.
• Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied labor standards.
• Leverage dashboards to monitor labor, inventory, and service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.
• Calculate and implement performance incentives and ensure change management.
• Train operations teams on labor management, inventory control, and CI tools.
• Develop project scopes, specifications, and estimates as needed.
• Own 5 Habits and labor management system performance improvements.
