Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN, seeks a manufacturing improvement engineer to continuously evaluate and enhance semiconductor production processes. The role focuses on measuring labor, equipment and processes to maximize capacity and efficiency across the fab.
You will collaborate with operators and engineers to drive throughput, reduce waste and improve scheduling. Qualifications include a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, experience with lean systems, and strong analytical skills.
In this role you will continuously evaluate and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring that labor, equipment and processes are measured, controlled and operating at optimum capacity.
