Job summary

Comlux America in Indianapolis seeks an Industrial Engineer to analyze and optimize production control processes for better efficiency, workflow, and on-time delivery in aircraft completion projects.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods with cross-functional teams, develop performance metrics, dashboards, and SOPs, and support continuous improvement across production, engineering, procurement, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven optimization.
• Proficiency with dashboards and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production control processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process-improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Analyze production flow to improve materials, information, and resources.
• Maintain data tools, dashboards, and performance metrics for schedule adherence.
• Support cross-functional teams to align processes and workflows.
