Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Production Engineering Group in manufacturing, design, development, and testing activities.

Responsibilities include owning production process definition, performing time studies, line balancing, and developing engineered time standards to optimize workflow for aerospace hardware. The role requires 3+ years in industrial engineering, plus Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with understanding of aircraft manufacturing and industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, TeamCenter a plus).
• Experience with MOST and proven success in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own production process definition and implementation within assigned areas.
• Perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and work sampling.
• Develop and maintain engineered time standards using statistical and mathematical methods.
• Schedule job plans to optimize workflow and support manufacturing operations of aerospace hardware.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and improve manufacturing methods.
