Job summary
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Tulsa, OK team. You will lead process improvements and automation upgrades to boost efficiency and reduce waste on the shop floor.
The role requires a degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience with Lean Six Sigma; JDE or Power BI knowledge is a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive ROI-focused projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a degree in industrial engineering or related field; five years CI in manufacturing acceptable with high school diploma.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement credentials preferred.
- Experience with metal processing, coating lines or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead process improvements and automation upgrades to cut costs and cycle times.
- Support KPI achievement in safety, quality, production and sustainability.
- Lead cross-functional teams; manage own projects and champion others' projects.
