Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop the professional capabilities of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and product flow.
• Lead continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive performance to achieve savings goals.
• Design and plan equipment layouts, workflow, and safety measures to maximize facility utilization.
• Own capital expenditures from design through procurement and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Site Leadership to roadmap improvements.
• Create and enhance capacity modeling and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Perform data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem solving.
