Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer in Cresco, IA to drive lean initiatives, optimize workflows, and lead improvement projects across manufacturing and office functions.

You will supervise operators and technicians, develop their capabilities, and advance a culture of continuous improvement facility-wide. A Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years IE and 3+ years of leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Lean and continuous improvement methods demonstrated in practice.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Standardize and optimize processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure on-time completion of improvements.
• Design equipment layouts and safety plans to maximize utilization.
• Oversee capital expenditures including vendor selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with site leadership to build a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide guidance to operators and technicians to enhance performance.
• Perform data collection and root cause analysis to address issues.
