Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in process and material handling systems design and work measurement.
• Ability to develop and maintain performance management programs.
• Experience with productivity tracking and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of engineered labor standards via time/frequency studies.
• Develop and maintain incentive pay data collection processes; assist with data entry and reporting issues.
• Define and maintain best practices for all job functions across shifts and training.
• Analyze and document enhancements to workflows to improve throughput.
• Propose and test concepts to improve workflow and facility layout in DCs.
• Identify, develop and report enhanced operational and KPI metrics.
• Support capital projects through ROI analyses and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Support expense reduction and throughput objectives via assessments and project execution.
• Coordinate with external consultants to meet business requirements.
