Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering required.
• Experience with work measurement methodologies and tools, time study expertise.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions while maintaining budget.
• Effective communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with productivity tracking and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify productivity and process improvement opportunities through data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct DC observations and collaborate with SME teams across corporate and site levels.
• Develop robust project plans with milestones and timelines using an engineering mindset.
• Lead cross-functional DMAIC projects and manage project documentation (charters, Gantt charts).
• Support design and implementation of material handling equipment for facilities.
