Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Distribution/Fulfillment (e‑Com) environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• AutoCAD, simulation and SQL query experience highly desired.
• Strong end‑to‑end IE discipline, processes, and tools knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs complex data analysis to drive improvements.
• Leverages continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operations.
• Performs time and motion studies and analyzes labor standards gaps.
• Leads Standard Work efforts with operations and CI teams.
• Develops knowledge of distribution and fulfillment best practices.
• Creates AutoCAD layouts for space planning and process design.
