Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies, time/motion studies, and space planning using AutoCAD, with opportunities to mentor engineers and lead high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Industrial Engineering experience, including 3+ years in a Supply Chain Distribution/Fulfillment environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred
• AutoCAD, Simulation, and SQL query experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs complex data analysis to drive continuous improvement ideas and capacity analyses
• Leads Lean Six Sigma projects for medium to large scope (up to $500k)
• Performs time studies and benchmarks, assesses labor standards, and mentors engineers
• Creates AutoCAD layouts for space planning and process improvements
• Delivers data‑driven solutions in collaboration with operations and product management
