Qualifications

• Requires BS in Industrial Engineering or Business; IE preferred.
• 1–3+ years in engineering design in supply chain, transportation management, or related areas.
• Experience with financial and project management for 3PL business.
• Working knowledge of warehousing and transportation operations.
• Lean Six Sigma at project level; experience with Lean tools.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data management and manipulation skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and analyses using established methods/tools.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Establish and track performance KPIs, measures, and data analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and customers.
• Provide engineering design and supply chain strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations managers to implement solutions.
