Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC is seeking an Industrial Engineer - Level 2 to drive operational excellence across our production facilities. You will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and deliver efficiency improvements that reduce costs and boost safety.

This role leads cross-functional continuous-improvement teams with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality, Safety, and Facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related) and/or 1 year of professional experience.
Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

Analyze workflows, operation sequences, equipment layouts, and labor utilization to maximize productivity and eliminate inefficiencies.
Support cost-control initiatives by conducting in-depth studies and recommending actionable solutions.
Create and maintain schedule plans to meet monthly customer delivery targets.
Lead cross-functional continuous-improvement teams with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality, Safety, Facilities, and other departments.
