Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC is seeking an Industrial Engineer - Level 2 to drive operational excellence across our production facilities. You will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and deliver efficiency improvements that reduce costs and boost safety.

This role leads cross-functional continuous-improvement teams with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality, Safety, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related) and/or 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, operation sequences, equipment layouts, and labor utilization to maximize productivity and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Support cost-control initiatives by conducting in-depth studies and recommending actionable solutions.
• Create and maintain schedule plans to meet monthly customer delivery targets.
• Lead cross-functional continuous-improvement teams with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality, Safety, Facilities, and other departments.
