Lockheed Martin Corporation in Greenville, SC seeks an Industrial Engineer (level 2) to drive operational excellence across production and manufacturing facilities. You will analyze workflows, enhance processes, and implement efficiency improvements impacting performance, cost, and safety.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of our operations in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as an Industrial Engineer or in support of a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design workflows and sequences of operations to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies across plant and production facilities.
• Optimize equipment layouts and labor utilization to maximize output and streamline processes.
• Support cost control and inventory initiatives by conducting in-depth studies and recommending actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement plans for facility improvements, process enhancements, and operational method revisions.
• Collaborate with safety teams to support accident prevention initiatives and assist in training programs related to production operations.
• Work closely with facilities engineering on planning and design of production areas and layout improvements.
