Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with SAP and an MES System.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design operation sequences and workflow to boost plant efficiency.
• Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revised operating methods.
• Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
• Manage training programs and assist in accident‑prevention measures for production staff.
