Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer - Level 2 to analyze and redesign workflows, equipment layouts, and production processes across the Johnstown plant to boost efficiency and safety. You will lead improvement projects, collaborate with facilities engineers, and implement cost-reduction and productivity initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and training programs for production staff.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field with at least one year of professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capable of leading improvement/optimization projects.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP or a related manufacturing system.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve plant efficiency.
• Develop and implement layout improvements for equipment and production facilities.
• Establish accident‑prevention measures and manage training programs for production personnel.
• Conduct cost‑control, cost‑reduction, and inventory‑control studies and recommend operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with facilities engineers on planning and designing plant modifications.
