Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Industrial Engineer to help establish efficient, scalable production operations. You will support shop floor layouts, production flow, capacity planning, standard work, and continuous improvement as the factory moves from development into execution.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems Engineering, internship or professional IE experience, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related degree/ related experience
• Experience through internships or professional assignments applying Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or process-improvement principles
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to support technical problem solving and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering, manufacturing, and/or operations teams
• US Citizenship, Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement as the factory transitions from development into execution
