Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 18 months IE/ Manufacturing/ Operations engineering experience.
• Lean principles and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations with management to improve daily work activities.
• Design and maintain part presentation requirements with Material Control.
• Identify equipment and facilities needs with cost justification.
• Apply 3D printing to support shop aids and tooling.
• Lead project implementation across multiple organizations.
