Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Eighteen (18) months Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations Engineering experience.
• Proven knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to influence across functional disciplines and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis with area Management to establish daily work activities.
• Design and maintain part presentation requirements and procedures with area Management, support staff and Material Control.
• Identify equipment, machinery, and facilities acquisition including justification and economic analysis to support initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Tool Box requirements and contents including tool control and FOD prevention measures.
• Lead/coordinate project implementations between multiple organizations with minimal supervision.
