• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions and drive quality and efficiency improvements.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects and ensure first-time quality.
• Conduct technical studies to optimize production processes and determine tooling needs.
• Generate make-or-buy proposals and assist in vendor negotiations.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma to manufacturing methods as a team member or leader.
