Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions; drive quality and efficiency improvements; manage the daily work plan; coordinate engineering and tooling changes.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects and strive for first-time quality.
• Conduct technical studies to optimize production methods and tooling.
• Prepare make-or-buy proposals; evaluate vendors and resolve issues.
• Research and analyze projects to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Prepare justifications for equipment and facility improvements.
