Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or aerospace engineering or related field.
• 4 years of manufacturing or design engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions to meet operations goals.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects.
• Analyze operations and define equipment/tooling needs and methods to optimize production.
• Coordinate manufacturing and engineering projects for process development and improvement.
• Conduct producibility studies and participate in DFA assessments.
• Develop and train OE staff in work methods and lean practices.
• Lead/coordinate project implementation across organizations.
• Apply Lean principles to manufacturing methods within teams.
• Support safety, sustainability, and ergonomics initiatives.
• Assist in Business Continuity Plan development and maintenance.
• Work under moderate supervision with alignment to strategy.
