Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field required.
• 4 years manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or related technical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret complex drawings; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions; drive quality and efficiency improvements.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects with first-time-right focus.
• Lead/coordinate manufacturing and engineering projects across teams.
• Apply Lean principles to processes; support safety and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor entry level OE staff and train on methods and procedures.
