Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• 18 months Manufacturing Engineering, planning, or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of engineering configuration requirements, tooling, quality control, plant safety, blueprint reading, and shop math.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions; drive quality and efficiency improvements.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects and reduce rework.
• Study operations to define equipment/tooling needs and optimize production processes.
