GEODIS is hiring an Ind Engineer II – Labor Management Systems to optimize labor productivity across our distribution network. You will set labor standards, maintain the WMS/LMS, and develop reports for field operations to drive efficiency.

The role requires data-driven process improvements and collaboration with warehousing teams. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and experience with engineered work measurement methods, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with time measurement methods (MOST, MSD, Time Study, MTM).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Establishes labor standards and maintains labor management system.
• Identifies savings opportunities and defines process improvement projects.
• Creates and maintains reports to drive labor productivity.
• Educates warehouse teams on standards and data usage.
• Supports new initiatives with data collection and analysis.
• Performs root cause analysis and develops data tools.
• Travels up to 50%.
