Job summary

Carolina CAT is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager to direct parts and service sales in the territory. You will lead the Product Support Sales Reps, drive revenue growth, and expand Caterpillar parts and labor market share while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, coordinating with Marketing and Finance, and ensuring CRM accuracy. Travel within the territory is required, and you will participate in regular KPI reviews and business

Qualifications

• College or technical degree preferred.
• Successful experience as a PSSR or product support/parts and service sales manager.
• Strong business sense and ability to drive market share and profit.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans for parts and service sales.
• Lead a team of Product Support Sales Reps and drive revenue growth.
• Grow Caterpillar parts market share and labor sales through campaigns.
• Manage performance, training, and territory planning for PSSR team.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and coordinate with Marketing and Finance.
• Provide escalation support for key customer relationships.
• Participate in quarterly and annual business reviews and planning.
