Job summary
Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed beverage operation in Hope Hull, AL. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, controls and electromechanical systems, while upholding safety, quality and continuous improvement standards.
Responsibilities include PM/PdM activities, diagnosing failures from schematics/PLC logic, and documenting work orders in SAP/CMMS.
Qualifications
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production.
- Strong knowledge of safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, and PLCs.
- Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic; document in CMMS/SAP.
- Support startup, installation, commissioning of new equipment and projects.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering and leadership to improve reliability.
