Job summary
Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant, emphasizing safety and reliability.
The role requires PLC, VFD, and motor controls proficiency, hands-on maintenance, root cause analysis, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, or food processing.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
- Perform preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Support production by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
- Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS.
