Job summary
Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Hope Hull, AL. This role covers troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems on 2nd or 3rd shift.
You will use PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and HMI systems, perform PM/PdM, and document activities in SAP/CMMS with a focus on safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO practices.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and equipment.
- Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant assets to minimize downtime.
- Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS; conduct RCA and 5 Whys.
- Support installation, startup, validation of new equipment and capital projects.
