Job summary

Electrical Automation Services, located in Hope Hull, AL, seeks an experienced Electromechanical Technician to support the operation and reliability of a high-speed beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical and control systems on 2nd/3rd shift, ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with automated equipment, and a commitment to continuous improvement and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, and drives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a production setting.
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical diagrams and PLC logic.
• Support production by responding to downtime and reducing path-to-repair.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
