Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Hope Hull, Alabama. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires experience with automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, VFDs, SAP/CMMS usage, and participation in PM, PdM, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent with 5+ years industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO practices.
• Experience with SAP/CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and RCA.
• Document work orders and asset history in CMMS.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
• Support production to minimize downtime.
