Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support high-speed distillery and beverage production. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant, on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with automated equipment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing settings.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO practices.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, or similar maintenance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic; minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
• Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS; conduct RCA / 5 Whys.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to improve asset performance.
